Hourly Rates: There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 30 minute increments.
Materials: All rates exclude the cost of materials and are subject to VAT. Parking is charged at cost. Materials that are supplied by London Heating and Plumbing will be charged at cost plus 20%. If we don’t have the item on board with us collection time will be kept to a minimum and will be discussed with you beforehand but we guarantee this collection time will not exceed the equivalent of one hours charging time, even if it takes us longer.
Payment: Payment must be made in full by credit card, debit card, cheque or cash to the engineer upon receipt of invoice. If you are not present when the engineer completes this work then arrangement needs to be made in advance to pay for the work.
